Aftab has over 24 years of experience in the IT industry and joins us from Bank of America, where he was India Head of the bank's IT and Operations back office, a 17,000 strong organization named BA Continuum.
Prior to that, he was with Capgemini, where he held various Global Delivery, Country Leadership and P&L leadership positions, based out of India, Amsterdam and Chicago.
Aftab began his career with Infosys, where he helped shape some of the earliest onsite-offshore IT delivery models from India.
Aftab is an alumnus of IIT Varanasi, India, from where he graduated in Electronics Engineering.
