Neelam is Vice President for Global Industries, Strategic Alliances and Inside Sales for Asia Pacific Japan, effective November 2016.  She is responsible for building capacities through development of programs and solutions, enhancing selling capabilities and operational excellence and managing the P&L for these customer segments across the region.She also manages the key Strategic alliances and OEM partnerships .

Prior to this, Neelam Dhawan was the Vice President and General Manager, Enterprise Group and Country Managing Director of Hewlett-Packard Enterprise India. She had countrywide responsibility for revenues and profitability and ensuring the greatest leverage from businesses that pan across Hewlett Packard Enterprise.

Neelam has over three decade of experience in IT industry across a breadth of roles in India.
