He has proven track record of building new practices and service based organizations from inception and making them sustainable and high performing businesses for their stakeholders by implementing strong management and leadership best practices backed with world class systems, processes and controls. In his current role as Managing Director- Strategy, Deal Origination and Open Innovation, Accenture in India, he is responsible for designing the firm's growth and profitability road-map, originating large organic deals in whitespaces, in organic deals in strategic priority areas and engaging with startups and clients to drive Accenture’s Open Innovation program in India Prior to Accenture, he worked with IBM's Global Business Services in India and the United Kingdom for almost a decade in various leadership roles. Also served in the Indian Armed forces for seven years and have performed the role of Aide-de-Camp of the Governor of Madhya Pradesh. He is excited about engaging with startups, especially in the area of big data & analytics, interactive, mobility, automation, cyber-security, gamification and IoT, helping them grow in India as well as giving them access to Accenture’s global business via Open Innovation program.
